It seems that when Route Builder is launched (from the pull-down menu in the upper left), the map re-centers on one’s main city. I always find this slightly jarring, because I am almost always already at a map location close to where I want to build the route, and this might be far from home. So, I need to navigate back to where I wanted the route built. I think it would be more intuitive to just keep the map where it is.
