This update will go out in the next release. The next city update after that will remove it (and others like it) from CityStrides.
It looks like highway=proposed is the canonical tagging for this, which was already present in the query. If you’d like this street removed from CityStrides sooner, you could re-tag it from planned to proposed and run a city sync (Supporter Feature).
