The log says 7,01 km which is correct, but the map shows just a 500 m track, and also the streets progressed are only related to those 500 m, not the full 7,01 km walk.

Can you please check the activity in Runkeeper’s site to verify it exists correctly in there?
The API is returning data that indicates the total distance is 7007.9175 meters … but if I calculate the length of the GPS coordinates, it’s 567.0728500664042 meters.

I can see that the map in Runkeeper shows the same short track as City Strides, although the distance is reported as 7,01 km there as well
Hi again. I have been in contact with Runkeeper and they found a minor bug that prevented correct sync from Apple Watch.
This has been corrected and it is now working fine. Also, there is a function in RK that makes me able to correct the GPS data on my three incorrect activities so that now the map data and the logged distances are the same.
But CityStrides still shows correct distance but but not on the map, and therefore the streets I covered are not registered.
Is it possible to fix that?

Yeah, if you’ve corrected the activities in Runkeeper then you can delete them in CityStrides and then run a sync for your account.
Each activity page has a vertical three dot menu up next to its date. The delete option is in there. The deletion happens in a background job, so isn’t instant.
After it’s deleted, you can choose ‘Sync now’ in the top right menu (this is a supporter feature) or wait for the next daily sync (this is something that only happens for Runkeeper accounts, since they do not alert of new data like other services do).
You can also do single-activity syncs in the Activity Trackers section of your Settings page.
Hi. I have now deleted the 3 incorrect activities i CityStrides, and hope they will sync during the night and appear correctly tomorrow morning after your next sync operation.

I have a moment, so I manually synced your account. It added a few activities, so hopefully those are present and correct in CityStrides now.
