In the City’s strider’s list, profile cards, indicate the number of manually completed streets.

That could link to a list of those manual streets too.
(Could be another idea “filter streets completed manually”. Might exist? Never used this feature.)
I feel like this could just end up almost causing people to be worried about using manually complete since other runners might see that number and wonder why they have what they have would it could simply be they don’t feel safe running down the dark alley way. We all have our reasons for what we are comfortable with or not, I would just worry some others would use it as a tool to make people feel bad about using it, or similar.
It can be used by folks who manually completed in the past and want to clear some of those out. For example completed construction projects.
But you’re right, if people are abusing manually complete, I want to see it also. I’ve seen people “100 %” cities before and loads of streets were visibly undone.
Not sure if you are aware that there already is such a kind of list in your profile?
When you go to your profile and choose “Completed Streets”, there is a list of all streets, divided into “completed with GPS” and “manually completed”
