How about Leaderboard ranked by “Completed Cities”?

Finished my 28th yesterday, although some of those are nested cities ie neighborhoods

Am at 22, but 19 are nested within completed Brussels 
Would be interested in a ranking too, though you’ll have to decide on how to handle nested ones then.
