I have been adding new streets to a number of cities in Japan in OSM. The large cities update fine in CS, but a semi-rural city (Otsu) I updated for the first time did not recently. I assume it is a city that is rarely ever updated in OSM.
I added about 20 streets to Otsu in OSM in early August. CS says that Otsu was updated on 19/8, but the new streets haven’t shown. I didn’t get an e-mail notification from CS about the city being updated either.
