Invitation to join: 10in10in10

Howdy CityStriders!

I’m a runner out of Calgary, Alberta and this May I will be running 10 marathons in 10 consecutive days in 10 provinces to raise $1 million for children’s charities. I wanted to drop a line in this community to

  1. Share the story on our website & humbly request donations
  2. Invite runners to join in any of the 10 cities we’re running Canada + act as fundraisers
  3. Mention that corporate sponsors are being sought as well

I’ve been an active Strider since 2020, have been ranked ~300 for some time, and last year ran every street in Manhattan (+got shout-out from Mayor Eric Adams). This specific challenge won’t be street-heavy but I thought may nonetheless be of interest to this community.

When you said Eric Adams shouted you out, I had to double-check you said Manhattan and not Istanbul!

Okay that’s pretty funny… :laughing:

When all that stuff came out I did have some people ask if I actually ran all the streets or if I did like 80% and then paid for a flight :eyes:
