Incorrect city boundaries in UAE

I’m currently visiting Abu Dhabi in UAE. It appears the city boundary is incorrect. The boundary is marked as the boundary of the Abu Dhabi Emirate (similar to our state) and not the city of Abu Dhabi.

Yeah, it looks like at the time I imported UAE I was able to get the Region level from Relation: ‪أبو ظبي‬ (‪3766481‬) | OpenStreetMap

At that time, that was the smallest admin level available. Now I’m seeing 3 places at admin level 6 within that:

I’d be happy to remove the existing city and replace it with those three places as cities within the existing Abu Dhabi Emirate region.
