How to find streets in progress per city that I really visited

I can see in every activities how many streets are completed and how many are in progress. I can also check for each city how many streets are completed but streets in progress are those which I never visited yet (0% progress) and those which I visited but not completed.

Is it some way to find out how many streets for each cities are really not progress?
Looks like streets in progress are now all streets are not completed without checking if progress is 0% or 99%.

I’ve thought about that too! Maybe three categories instead of two
Completed. 100%
In progress. Mote than 0 but less than 100%
”Untouched”. 0%
