Four weeks without synchronization of strava activities

Dear Profile - JamesChevalier - CityStrides Community,

I have posted a couple of times notifying that since September 20 none of my activities (except one) are being synchronized. This situation already occurred in June and was solved, but now it has happened again since the last four weeks. Is there anything that can be done?

That’s strange. Let me know how this sync helps.

Also, just in case, your Strava connection isn’t paused in your CityStrides settings right?

Yes, it is! I suppose I paused Sync without realizing…I can’t understand how I could do it
