Completed streets marked as "progressed"

I’m having a recurring problem where I’ll go on a walk and complete all the nodes of streets but the street itself won’t count towards the total (ie: the walk will be marked as having 0 streets completed even though I’ve completed four or whatever).

I thought maybe this was just a delay in synching the first time it happened on October 16th, but I waited a month and the error is still there: there’s still about four streets which has all the nodes filled in but are counted as progressed rather than completed.

It’s happened again today and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or what’s synching wrong! I’m also worried it’s not counting towards my city total (not the end of the day, but it’s a big motivator to getting me out and walking!).

Could you post the links for the streets in question?

First thing that comes to mind is, are you sure the street does not have another piece somewhere else? This happens to me quite often.

Thank you for helping!

So for example, in this activity here, all six nodes of Colne Rd are marked as completed but it’s not counted as finished in the activity summary: CityStrides

Here there nodes for Mortimer Rd and Enfield Rd are all marked in purple but they’re still not marked as completed streets: CityStrides

I’m not sure if this makes sense, but thank you!

This is Colne Road in Greater London. So I think it’s exactly as Eric suggests. Even though this Colne Road is complete the CityStrides system counts all the streets with the same name in the same city as being one road so it’s incomplete until you’ve collected them all. (And yes, I agree it’s annoying!)

So if you go to the city page for Greater London, and search for Mortimer Road, you see there are at least seven of them, you have to complete all of them.

If you just look at the nested city London Borough of Hackney, instead of Greater London, they should be complete
