I run in Placerville, California and it’s not in the list. None of the streets are completed and my only completed streets are from when I ran elsewhere.

Yeah, tons of info on that in About the Node, Street, and City Data
The core issue is that I haven’t imported Relation: Placerville (11049809) | OpenStreetMap into CityStrides yet. I’ve added it to my list, which I hope to take another run through in the next week or two.
When I get around to adding it, all your data will automatically be processed & your percentages etc will be set without having to do anything.
