Can someone add Martinez, Georgia?

I’ve been able to edit a few roads on OSM that are private, but I’m sure I’ll screw something up if I try to add a city.
Martinez, Georgia has a boundary type “census”. Anyone competent willing to get this added into CS, please?

Generally, City Strides has only used political boundaries. Census boundaries aren’t political boundaries, any more than ZIP Code boundaries are. They exist for the convenience of the agency that created the boundary. (Martinez, Georgia - Wikipedia)

Given that history, I doubt that James will make a change for this case. But you never know…

Ah ok. I started reading the thread on how to get a city added and realized pretty quick that I’m more likely to screw it up than get it right. Oh well.
