Is anyone able to add the cities, “El Monte, CA” and “South El Monte, CA” to the OSM?
For anyone who can help, these are the Nodes for the two places that need to be mapped as Relation or Way records:
If anybody is in a mapping mood, their boundaries seem to be present in this file provided by the CA government, an extract from the TIGER db used by the US census. Easiest way is probably through JOSM and loading in the shape file.

Have not added a new city boundary myself yet, but managed to load in the provided shapefile well enough just now. Alas, no time to be playing around with actually adding the city now, so whoever is in a mood, feel free.
