Activities Not Showing Completed Streets

I have two activities that show the incomplete streets, but not the ones that I completed and some nodes are showing correctly. The activities are:

Many of the streets that I ran show up as completed, but at least one doesn’t and many nodes are showing as not completed even though the map shows I did.

Can you check the city page by searching the completed streets list there to see if it’s categorized as completed? I’m wondering if the completion was awarded to a different activity.

They aren’t showing up in other activities and show as Completed Manually, which I didn’t do. Here is an example:
