No doubt there are a lot of designated “Expressways” that are fully accessible and used by Pedestrians, but legally must remain tagged as Expressway. These special instances should be included into the street count. In some other post, I’d asked @JamesChevalier to try to work out a resolution to include them, but the challenge world wide would be difficult, due to most Expressways are really pedestrian prohibitive to run on.
Maybe if there were a tag that we could add to an Expressway that would allow it to be consumed by CS?
