Unable to log in using new tracking program

Posting here for my wife. We revoked access for MapMyFitness on her account in hopes of deleting it’s info, and re-signed in using brand new RunKeeper account, but now she is unable to get past the “complete Your Account” page…where it asks for an email address to keep in touch. Everytime she enters her email address the same “complete your account”

page pops up.
