Looks like the admin level 10 didn’t exist to start with based on this

Don’t think there is ever a perfect solution as many of the admin level 10 are too small but even in England where admin level 8 exists you get area like where I live where this covers 350m2 so makes it very hard to complete 🤷‍♂️

At least my run in Wales won’t be “wasted”. Thanks!
