I had previously completed collingswood NJ and oaklyn NJ to 100%. And most of haddon township NJ. Now I am missing runs from all three.
I’m going to need quite a bit more information to help you out…
- Please share your CityStrides profile link and, ideally, links to the cities in question
- Clarify whether activities are suddenly missing from CityStrides - that is, they do not appear in the list on your profile page at all - or if the issue is just that some streets are now marked as incomplete
- It will be very helpful if you can figure out which activities are suddenly gone from CityStrides, but I understand that may be quite difficult
- If you view the streets that are incomplete, do you have activities that are drawn on top of all the nodes for them?
The activities are suddenly missing. I have not been actively using Citystrides since the spring. At which time I was at 100% for Collingswood. And a higher percent for haddon township. All of a sudden when logging in last week, some purple lines are no longer there and my percentage went down. I tried looking for the runs on Strava but there’s so many I couldn’t find them. I can keep looking.
Here’s a list of all the activity dates that are currently in CityStrides. This might help you spot gaps. Don’t forget that only run/walk/hike type activities are synced in.

That said - If you visit Haddon Township, New Jersey - CityStrides and click the Show button for some incomplete streets … you’ll see that they’re out of view a bit to the west. It looks like the city border has been updated in OSM, and it hasn’t been updated in CityStrides yet. You have a legitimate list of incomplete streets there.
I’m pushing through a city border update so that will appear correctly in CityStrides soon (there are caches, so it could take some hours).
Collingswood, New Jersey - CityStrides does not share this border issue, and it looks like some of your incomplete streets should be currently marked as complete. 
I queued up a job that rechecks your completed streets, but that may take an hour or so to finish. I’ll be interested in seeing what that changes…
