You haven’t done anything wrong, there’s just a _massive_ queue right now. You can see that info at [CityStrides](https://citystrides.com/status)

I’m starting on this wiki doc as well: [How Syncing Works](https://community.citystrides.com/t/how-syncing-works/19443) … I’ve just _barely_ had enough time to create it; I still need to actually write it all up, but that’s where the info will go.
