Spent a week in Siesta Key and ran every street except for the 12 that had gates or were partially closed. First time trying to update OSM. Not sure if I did this correct. Not sure how long it takes to update on CS. Let me know if anyone can help. Should be able to get to 100% if this gets updated. Thanks for any help!
I’ve just had a look myself on OSM and checking some of the streets I can see you didn’t complete vs what is edited in OSM it looks like you did things correctly (setting access to private should mean they are omitted from the City sync process). Updating CityStrides however requires a manual sync, you can either request this on the city page by clicking the 3 lines next to the name and then selecting Sync, you can then use the Sync Reports option to view the progress of this.
If this doesn’t work due to capacity issues, you might have to wait for the status page to show a lower processing time (looks like its working through a large city right now). Or alternatively you can ask @JamesChevalier nicely
I’m not sure that you’ll reach 100% when the sync with OSM is done though, it looks like you didn’t fully traverse a few streets such as “Jungle Plum Road” and North Drive so unless these need tweaking in OSM (it does look like the first one might be a bit too long in OSM compared to where the street actually ends?), you’d either have to return and re-run them, or mark them as manually complete.
I think you also may have made a mistake with “Somerset Drive”. Looks like you changed the road in to instead be a gate, which has disconnected it from the turning circle/road from it. These are also both left as marked as having all access allowed, so would stay in CityStrides.
I believe changes in OSM take a few days to make it through to the city sync process so if you do correct things I’d wait 2 or 3 days before requesting the city sync I talked about.
Thanks for the advice. As far as Jungle Plum at the very end is a gate to the last residence and north has a gate at the beginning of it. I will try the sync as you suggested, thanks again
