Several areas still waiting for OSM sync

Hi James,

I have made several updates to OpenStreetMap over the past few months, mainly to correct or add streets in the following CityStrides areas:

  • Milano – already synced in July 2026, and I can confirm that my OSM changes are now visible there.

  • Municipio 4 – last synced on November 29, 2025

  • Municipio 5

  • Municipio 8

  • Municipio 9

  • Monza

  • Pasturo

The fact that my changes are already visible in Milano confirms that the OSM edits themselves are correct. However, the other areas have not been synced since before my changes, so the corrections are still missing from CityStrides.

I noticed that the new “Queue sync” function is available, but it requires becoming a Supporter.

Could you please let me know whether these areas will be included in the upcoming automatic synchronization process, and, if possible, whether they can be added to the queue?

I don’t mind waiting for the normal synchronization process; I mainly want to make sure that these areas are actually scheduled for an update.

Thanks for all the work you’re doing on CityStrides!

City sync cadence is noted in How frequently are cities updated from OpenStreetMap?
If you become a Supporter, you’ll be able to bump cities up in the queue.
It looks like the system is operating at a 1-3 month cycle right now (as of ~August 4th).

:raising_hands: You’re welcome! The best way to show your appreciation is by becoming a Supporter.
