Hi there. I’m having an issue with the route builder, having just signed up as supporter. I’ve managed to build maybe 3 routes over the last few days, but now the tool doesn’t seem to be working, it just loads indefinitely after I’ve put a start and end point in and set the distance. I’ve Refreshed, cleared cache, changed browsers, allowed plenty of time to load but no luck. Any ideas? thanks!
hmm, yeah, something is up… I’m looking into it now.
I just got a couple successful Routes built. All I did was restart the web service, though, so now I’m nervous it’ll happen again. 
Let me know if it stops working again - from my experience, I’ve only had to wait a few seconds for each Route to build.
Seems to be working for me too now, so hopefully all good. Thanks for your help
