Reset or resync my account?

It seems like my initial sync had problems because most of my activities do not have maps attached and my streets are not counted. Is there a way to start over or do an account reset?

Hi - I got your email, too, so I’ll just reply here.

I can resync your old activities today. You won’t need to do anything, but you may need to wait until tomorrow or the next day for everything to catch up (completed/progressed streets, stats, etc).

Quick update - it might take a little longer than I expected. My system has 10m jobs queued up & you have almost 1400 activities that need to be reprocessed. I’m still hopeful it’ll be done before the weekend - hang in there!
