# New user without activities

I signed up close to a week ago and haven’t seen any data flow. If I got a taste of what it would all look like I’d be down to support, but just want to give it a spin first… thoughts? I have read the guidance about the status page… but have seen activities noted as scheduled there, then they disappear, and never anythign in my map .. ?

Fair enough - and sorry you’re having such a bad experience as your introduction ☹
The Strava API resets in a couple hours, I’ll do my best to get your account in there then.
I have to go fairly slow in running syncs, because I can easily pile onto the problem by queuing too much. 😳
