I ran some San Francisco today but it’s not showing on my city list at all. I have other cities showing with 0 completed so I don’t think that’s the issue?
Your city list should only include cities where you’ve completed a street.
I wonder if you did complete a street in Area E (Nanoose Bay), British Columbia - CityStrides but then it was removed in a later update from OSM. 
I guess that would explain it. Next time I return to SF, I’ll be sure to actually finish something!
