You’ll see “4 streets completed” but the list of completed streets goes past a page. Something seems fishy there!
It has to do with the nested cities. You’ll notice you completed 4 streets in Manhattan and then the rest in the Community Boards, which are all nested in Manhattan. I forget exactly how it works, but I believe completed streets in nested cities don’t count towards your street total which is why it doesn’t show that you completed 15. I think that makes sense since it would be easy for a street to count twice.
