I was walking to get some streets I knew I was missing from [Jess Chandler is running Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor, Washington - CityStrides](https://citystrides.com/users/42424/cities/10527) . Only to discover that 80 streets were deleted in September. Also some wonky stuff with the updated streets like this one that I no longer show complete.

Is that an actual naval base with needed access? If so, likely marked private or permissive use on open street maps due to that. If a regular person can’t just walk in and run those roads (or drive for that matter) it’s probably the accurate descriptor (and why they would be removed)
