I am a supporter but since a few weeks i am not able to track my life position anymore. I have no clue what the reason is. the symbol has now a red line over it. is there something wrong with my settings? i cannot find the reason.

Logout of citystrides and then log back in. You may have accidentally blocked the citystrides gps tracker. This has worked for me in the past. Fingers crossed.
In iOS … Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Safari Websites … ensure you don’t have “never” selected and ensure you have “Precise Location” enabled
