I am seeing purple lines on your lifemap when I follow the link you posted.
Maybe you need to clear your cache?
try to reload using \
I feel like there used to be a “clear cache” link in your profile, but I can’t find it right now.

Yeah, I’m seeing your LifeMap as well. It may be that you have more data than your device/browser can handle. [LifeMap is blank](https://community.citystrides.com/t/lifemap-is-blank/16578) is a large thread that discusses the issue.
The `Clear Map Data` button that @jpbari is talking about is in the Profile section of your Settings page. That _might_ help. It’s hidden for subscribers, because it isn’t really applicable - subscribers have an Advanced LifeMap which is way more performant and handles its data differently.

I don’t see her lifemap (and I have the exact same problem with my lifemap). I’ve tried Firefox, Chrome and now Brave. There is definitely errors when loading the lifemap. Any help here? These are the errors reported by Brave:

Thank you so much for your responses. I actually tried citystrides in my iphone and I could see my purple lines there. So it could have been cache although I have tried to delete it but did not work. What finally fixed it is a Macbook reboot. Perhaps a combination of cache clearing and reboot fixed my issue.

Yes, thanks all and glad to see that Charina seems to have resolved the issue.
I’ve rebooted my machine and cleared cache but no joy. This machine (my main computer) is running Win10 with a variety of browsers (FF, Chrome, Brave, DuckDuckGo) and no map here. But on my android/brave phone AND my Win7/Brave garage machine it shows up fine.
You know what? I can see my map as well (though it is not up to date by a long shot) only when I am not logged in. As soon as I log in it doesn’t display any purple lines.

Is the machine it does not work on older or less powerful than the others? Keep in mind that newer mobile devices can sometimes be quite powerful.
If it is, it would suggest that it could be the [LifeMap is blank](https://community.citystrides.com/t/lifemap-is-blank/16578) issue…
Earlier, you shared some console errors. Some of those are unrelated, but the one that stands out is the very long one that starts `polylines.json?only=` and ends `Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 520 ()`. This is _likely_ the exact cause … but I’m confused because I see no mention of this in my error tracking software.
Are you still seeing that error logged in the browser console?

The machine that displays the Lifemap properly is actually a much older PC! It’s running Win7/Brave on an AMD Phenom 965 Black with 4GB of Ram. My newer machine, that the Lifemap will not display on, is running Win10/Brave on an Intel I7-7700K with 8GB of RAM. It did work fine on this machine until a few weeks ago. As also stated the Lifemap will display on my Google Pixel 5A (Android 11) and Duck Duck Go browser (also works on Brave browser).
Yes, I still see the polylines.json error. Here’s the text from another Lifemap load attempt:

As you can see that error is still there. Plus there’s a new error after that one "DevTools failed … ". Maybe unrelated.
Maybe I should go out to see what the the error dump looks like on the AMD Phenom machine that displays the Lifemap properly?

I think I’ve spotted the issue…
If you remove the IndexedDB database that CityStrides stores in the browser, it might display the LifeMap again.
In Firefox, it’s in the `Storage` section of the dev tools.
In Chrome, it’s in the `Application` section section of the dev tools.
I don’t know if this will work more than once - it might need to be cleared before each visit – until I release a fix.
I do think I see how I can fully/properly fix the issue without anyone needing to manually remove data from their browser. I’m hoping I can get to that soon!
**Update:** This change is out now, so this problem _should_ be resolved.

Hi James, I’m back from vacation and, drum roll … issue not fixed. 😪 I check the IndexedDB section (Firefox browser) and there are three DBs(?). [citystrides.com](http://citystrides.com), [js.stripe.com](http://js.stripe.com) and m.stripe.network. Selecting each one gives the message “No data for selected host”. Appears there’s nothing to delete.
I also tried in Brave browser and … drumroll … my lifemap displays! It didn’t used to so something fixed it there. Brave’s IndexedDB for [citystrides.com](http://citystrides.com) shows I have 3245 activities, whereas FF’s IndexedDB shows no data.
Now, I hate Chrome but I downloaded and installed it to see if my lifemap would display and it does. So I know Brave is a similar browser to Chrome.
Next I decided to uninstall FF and then reinstall so I’d be starting with a fresh install of FF. When I went to uninstall FF Mozilla pops a window asking if I’d rather “Refresh Firefox Instead?”. Apparently this restores all default settings and removes any add-ons. So I did that instead and reloaded CityStrides and, voila, Lifemap is back. Yay!! Not sure what the issue was but keep that little fix in your toolbox for guys or gals who mess up their browser. Should have thought to do that sooner but I’m slow sometimes!
