Highway On-Ramps and Off-Ramps Have Nodes

Here in Minot, North Dakota there’s nodes on the on-ramps and off-ramps. To me, these are too dangerous to run on and not really considered a “street”. Any way we can report these to get the nodes removed?

Could be old data. I think I’m ignoring these now. See the note about google doc in About the Node, Street, and City Data

Check OpenStreetMap.org. The roads should be tagged “no pedestrians” or something similar.

Like Wikipedia, OSM depends on users making corrections directly. There’s no one to report things to.

Thanks! I’m excited to do some updating in this thing.

So I made an account and tried to update one of the on-ramps and under “Allowed Access” it says “no” next to “Foot”. So there must something else I have to change.

I’ll keep playing around with it.

It’s possible that the street was either imported before I ignored that particular tag or updated in OSM after it was imported into CityStrides.
