Frequent err_timed_out main site

Since a few weeks I am frequently receiving an ERR_TIMED_OUT when connecting directly to the main site from Spain. It does not happen everyday, but when happens, the connection problem usually last for hours. I’ve checked it is not that the site is down (querying https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/citystrides.com) and also connecting through a VPN that uses a different country as source. Maybe a problem with your content distribution network?

Does this happen at certain times of the day? Is it regularly occurring like that, or is it a bit random?

Recently, I’ve received some downtime alerts around ~9am in the eastern time zone … but every time I look into it, the site’s working fine.

I’ve not been able to observe a pattern. I will try to keep track of times when I observe it and let you know.
