Did anyone in the Vancouver area catch the Global News story this morning? They were profiling a PoCo city councilperson who had run every street in Coquitlam, PoCo, and Port Moody, using an “app”, and then they mentioned CityStrides.
Chris Gailus: wow, I’ll bet not many people have done that.

Howdy @JamesChevalier !
Haven’t been on the forum in a little while because I’ve been focused on a fundraiser I’m doing this May. I’ll be running 10 marathons in 10 consecutive days in 10 provinces to raise $1 million for children’s charities in Canada (full story on my website at [10in10in10](https://www.10in10in10.ca).
While the runs themselves will not be CityStrides runs, some of the coverage has included my previous efforts. Sharing a few below:

You could create a “10in10in10” [Challenge](https://citystrides.com/challenges) for yourself and Mike:
- Set its date range to the timeframe of the 10 days
- I don’t think it’ll matter if it’s collaborative or competitive since you’ll both be running the same routes
- Don’t set a city
- Make it invite-only (and invite Mike)
You probably won’t be _completing_ many streets in marathons, but at least this way you have a single view of your 10 days.

I just finished running all 20 cities in Alameda County, California. I finished running all of the streets in my hometown of Richmond, Virginia, USA a few months ago, and there was some local news coverage. I made sure to shoutout CityStrides! These are the two news stories:

I spotted in the leaderboard that someone was running a huge amount of streets in Dublin all in one go, turns out that they were doing a challenge to complete the 4,400 streets in a month whilst sleeping rough. All to raise money and awareness for rough sleeping in the city:
