I was recently on holiday in Pembrokeshire, on the west coast of Wales. I gained roads in two very similarly named “cities” listed there. My guess is that these areas have been given slightly different names in OSM which has led to a duplication. Can one of them be removed? I would guess - if duplication exists for this area - there may be similar issues in adjacent “cities”.
Looks like there are about 30 such duplicates in Wales, of the type Xxx and Xxx Community
