Cannot Connect to My City Stride Account:

I keep getting this message when I try to log into City Strides:

Could not authenticate you from MapMyFitness because “Invalid credentials”.

I don’t have an option to change a password or troubleshoot the issue. Can you advise me how to proceed so I can get back to my account?

This happens when I use up all the available API requests. I think it clears itself up at the top of each hour.

I think I need to reach out to the tracking services to see if I can get my limits increased…
