Can only log in using incognito window (Chrome)

Hello,

For the past ~2 weeks, I am only able to log into my CityStrides account when I open the website using an incognito window in chrome. When using the normal browser, clicking the link to log in using strava or any other website nothing happens. No additional windows load and I am not redirected to anywhere else on the CityStrides website.

Any tips to fix?

You’re the third person to report this. So far, deleting the cookies for CityStrides has resolved this issue for others.

I don’t know what’s caused the issue.
