Hello @JamesChevalier. Sorry for trouble, switched to Supporter and my lifemap is now empty. Wanted to report, maybe this is a new problem.
when switching from free to Supporter, it rebuilds the LifeMap … there hasn’t been a delay in that queue today, so I would have expected it to be visible after a couple minutes.
I just queued up a LifeMap rebuild for your account, so maybe after a browser refresh it’s displaying? Your account is private, so I can’t check myself.

Hiya,
Posting on behalf of my husband and son!
They both seem to have lost their lifemaps - recent activities seem to be pulling through to their profiles, but there are no purple lines on their life maps at all.
Also weirdly, my husband (Kevin Avery), can see his recent activities on his phone in his profile, but when I look at his profile through my friends, I can only see activities from 2021 on there, and again his life map is devoid of purple lines.

I’ve got both of your accounts queued for a LifeMap rebuild. It usually just takes a few minutes, but I’m in the middle of releasing a new version of the site so it could take a bit longer.

it should not be possible for the LifeMap to be partially built … are these activities appearing on your profile page?
I believe so, I can see all of the walks as different activities on my profile page, but not on the map. I am a new user, joined in March 2026 and I haven’t had much success syncing activity on the map since then, so it could be a user error, but I can’t quite figure out what to change to get them on there. I just made my profile public if that helps make the issue more clear. Thank you!
ok I don’t know wtf but this is the second instance this month where I’ve had to manually rebuild the LifeMap & also purge extra caching … I think your LifeMap should be good now … and I’d expect that newly saved activities update it in the future - so let me know if it doesn’t.

Ah! ok, that’s good (in that there isn’t a bug here, it’s by design)
I have LifeMap builds skip people who haven’t been around in over a month & aren’t a Supporter.
The next saved activity after your return would have triggered the LifeMap rebuild successfully. You shouldn’t have to wait for that - I already sent your account in for a rebuild.
I’ll need to look into conveying that possible-stale-LifeMap situation somehow.

my last 4 MapMyFitness hikes weren’t syncing. In CityStrides settings>activity tracker I added the URL of the 4 workouts. Now they show up on my CityStrides home feed, but the routes are not filling in as purple on my LifeMap.

How did it get fixed? I have two activities from yesterday that show up on my AMSAP and my July activities but they are not showing as purple on my Lifemap or added into my percentage complete. Any help is appreciated.
