How to delete account

Hi,

Maybe I’m not looking in the right place, but I can’t seem to find a way to entirely delete my account. Could you please tell me how to do so? Thanks!

Hi, you can delete your account by revoking access from within your run tracking service.

During the next sync (once daily, as of now), CityStrides will see that it has lost access to your account & will respond by deleting all of your data.

I’d love to know why you’re leaving, in case there’s a way for me to improve the site based on your experience. If you’d care to share that, you can email jim@citystrides.com
